Delete your Banana Game account

Request deletion of your Banana Game ranking account and associated server data from Mainu Studio. You can send a request without installing the app, signing in or paying a fee.

1. Send a deletion request

Email an account deletion request

Send to [email protected] with the subject Banana Game account deletion. If the button does not open an email app, send the message from any email service.

Include your platform (Android or Windows), sign-in method (Google Play Games, Steam or guest), ranking nickname, and whether you want all your Banana Game accounts deleted or only a particular one. If you no longer have access to the app, send the information you remember. Screenshots are optional; hide unrelated personal information.

Mainu Studio checks ownership before deleting records. A public nickname alone is not proof of ownership. We may ask for additional, proportionate verification, but never your password, sign-in code, session token or full payment details.

Requests are reviewed manually. Our target is to complete the request within 30 days of receipt, once ownership and the affected records are established. We reply with completion or explain any necessary delay and expected timing. Opening this page or the email draft does not submit a request; you must send the email.

2. Records we delete

For the verified account, we delete the ranking account ID, stored platform-player or installation-derived identifier, display name, selected country, guest nickname reservation, submitted scores and run IDs, leaderboard entries, and associated account/score timestamps from the live ranking database.

Deleted accounts can no longer use their old session to submit scores. There is no additional routine retention of these live account and ranking records after deletion. Unless a separate retention reason applies below, the records are removed rather than merely hidden or deactivated.

3. Processing and remaining retention

Before deletion, ranking accounts and historical scores do not expire automatically. The 30-day request-handling target is not a claim that all players’ data is automatically deleted every 30 days.

Cloudflare D1 recovery history may retain a deleted database record for up to 30 further days, depending on the plan. Cloudflare Workers operational logs may remain for up to 7 days from creation. These are recovery/security records, not active leaderboard entries.

Our support-handling rule is to remove the request email and ownership-check attachments within 30 days after closure unless a legal obligation or an active dispute requires specific records. If an exception applies, we identify the retained data, reason and applicable period or end condition in our reply; there is no blanket indefinite retention of ranking data.

If a recovery backup is restored, completed deletion requests must be reapplied before the restored data is returned to use. Contact us at the same address if you need an update or believe deleted data has reappeared.

4. Local saves and other services

This request deletes Banana Game records managed by Mainu Studio, not your Google or Steam account. Deleting a game account does not cancel a purchase, refund it, or automatically erase a platform’s payment, advertising or diagnostic records. For information held by Google or Valve independently, use their privacy and support controls. We also handle applicable deletion requests with providers processing data on our behalf.

Local saves and cloud copies are separate. Clear the game’s app data or browser site data to remove local saves; manage Steam Cloud and Google Play Games data through the relevant platform. You do not have to reinstall the game to send us a deletion request.

Opening the game and signing in or registering as a guest again may create a new ranking account or submit locally saved scores again. Clearing local saves is irreversible and does not itself delete existing server data.
